Returns
You may return unused, undamaged HydroVert™ products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges & Replacements
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us at info@hydrovert.com for a custom quote.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Due to the size of our panels (ranging from 4' x 6' up to 4' x 10'), orders are shipped via freight carriers or oversized parcel services. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on location and order size.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on panel size, weight, and destination. Custom shipping quotes may apply for larger orders or non-standard addresses.
Delivery Requirements
Freight deliveries require someone 18 years or older to be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Please ensure adequate space for unloading. Liftgate service is available if requested at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom-sized panels may require additional handling time.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at info@hydrovert.com with photos and your order number.
